American Eagle Firearms LLC was founded right here in Little Hocking, Ohio with one simple goal: to give Southeast Ohio gun owners a local, trustworthy FFL dealer they can count on.

We got into this business because we love firearms and we love our community. Whether you're a first-time buyer who's never held a gun or a lifelong collector with dozens of pieces, you'll get the same friendly, no-pressure service from us every time.

From FFL transfers and consignment sales to special orders and general guidance, we're here to make the process easy, legal, and enjoyable.

Fully Licensed

Licensed & Compliant

As a federally licensed firearms dealer, we operate in full compliance with all ATF regulations and Ohio state law. Every transaction we handle is done by the book — no shortcuts, no exceptions.

Federal Firearms License (FFL)

We hold an active Federal Firearms License issued by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), authorizing us to legally deal in firearms.

ATF Form 4473 Processing

Every transfer we handle includes proper completion of ATF Form 4473 and a NICS background check — required by federal law for all firearm transfers.

Ohio State Compliance

We follow all Ohio state regulations governing firearm sales, transfers, and record-keeping, ensuring every transaction is fully above board.

Secure Record-Keeping

We maintain all required acquisition and disposition records in accordance with ATF regulations, protecting both our customers and our license.
