The following information is provided:
Step 1:
Contact seller to arrange payment and firearm shipment (please provide shipment tracking number, if available). Give them the phone, fax number and email of this organization (below). The firearm shipment address is:

Provide me the name, address, email, phone and fax number of shipper and your info (name, address, email & phone #
Step 3:
I will fax/mail a copy of my FFL to the seller.
Step 4:
Upon receipt of the firearm, I will notify you to arrange the transfer appointment. All transfers must take place within 7 days of notification (unless agreed to in advance). Failure to complete transfer within 7 days will result in a $20 storage fee and storage fees of $2 (two) dollar per day thereafter.

ANY WEAPONS NOT TRANSFER AFTER 6O DAYS WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDONED AND BUYER FORFEIT ANY COMPENSATION.

A. Please show up for appointment on time. Please do not bring any friends or family members unless approved in advanc.
B. Make sure you have the required ID’s or documents. Transfer will not take place without them. If you have to reschedule your appointment because you lack the required documentation, you will be assessed a $20 rescheduling fee. Cancel transfer appointments at least two hours in advance or be subject to the $20 rescheduling fee.

C. ACCEPTABLE DOCUMENTATION :
-Pictured Ohio ID (driver license or ID) issued more than 30 days prior. Or state issued ID from your state of residence (long guns transfer only)
-Secondary ID (If current address is different from ID address):
-current lease
-current utility or telephone bill
-current bank check
-current passport (must have same address)
-current auto registration
-current hunting or fishing license
-current paid real estate tax/personal property tax
Transfer fee $20 (per gun from FFL), $50.00 (shipments not coordinated prior to receipt). Cash or credit card (add 3%).
D. The background check may be approved, delayed up to 3 business days or denied. Transfers can not take place until approved. You may have to come back to pick up your firearm.
E. If you must come back to pick up your firearm, you must pick it up when I’m at this location (no additional fee).
